Sustainability

At Norba, we believe that clothes should look and feel good and be made with care for both people and the planet.

From the very beginning, our goal has been to create functional clothing from high-quality, long-lasting, and consciously chosen materials. All fabrics used in Norba collections are hand-picked by our team, with a strong focus on natural, certified, and recycled fibers such as Tencel, modal, viscose, and eco-friendly polyamides. We prioritize sustainable choices today to help shape a better future tomorrow.

We’re proud to produce all Norba pieces in Ukraine, working with small, ethically run local manufacturers. These workshops follow fair labor practices and ensure safe, respectful working conditions. Supporting local communities and prioritizing human well-being is at the heart of what we do — and an essential part of our sustainability commitment.

A key aspect of our approach is that we manage our own production — and that’s what allows us to stay flexible, avoid overproduction, and stay responsible from the very beginning.

We also collaborate with a certified Italian manufacturer of biflex — a high-performance fabric known for durability, comfort, and a conscious approach to production.

At Norba, we see sustainability as a journey, not a destination. We’re actively working to integrate more conscious practices across every part of our process — from sourcing materials to packaging, to how we design for longevity and versatility. There is still much to be done, but we are deeply committed to doing better, every step of the way.
