We offer free shipping on all orders over €200.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland (EU zone). This means you will NOT have to pay duties on any order shipping to the EU.

We offer the Express shipping only on all orders to the USA, Canada, EU zone, United Kingdom and other European locations.

We do not deliver to Russia and Belarus. 

We offer the Standard shipping only on all orders to all countries except the USA, Canada, EU zone, UK and other European countries.

Tracking is available after your order has shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link and tracking number. Please note that the specified delivery periods do not include weekends, public holidays, and customs declaration days. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot predict what they may be. Transit times above are provided by shipping service and are not necessarily guaranteed.

We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

Our courier usually delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date and time.

Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.

Please note, the prices at check-out do not include international taxes, import duties and customs fees (where applicable).

The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.

If your order is being shipped outside the EU, you may need to pay VAT, customs duties taxes and related charges in order to receive your order. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. You can pay taxes and duties on the DHL website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. Taxes and duties can also be paid at the DHL office if you pick up the parcel yourself. 

All EU orders are shipped delivery and duties paid (DDP), so there are no duties or taxes to pay within EU zone.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges. 

We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. In case this takes place, the parcel is returned to the seller with the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

Import duties outside the EU

The UK: customs duties on orders over 150 EUR + 20% VAT
The USA: customs duties on orders over 800 USD, no VAT

Australia: customs duties on orders over 1000 AUD, no VAT
Switzerland: customs duties on all orders regardless of the amount + 7.7% VAT
Canada: customs duties on orders over 20 USD + 5% VAT
Mexico: customs duties on orders over 50 USD + 19% VAT

Israel: customs duties on orders over 75 USD+ 17% VAT
Turkey: customs duties on orders over 150 EUR + 18% VAT
Georgia: customs duties on orders over 300 GEL + 18% VAT
Armenia: customs duties on orders over 200 EUR + 20% VAT
The UAE: customs duties on orders over 1000 AED + 5% VAT

Singapore: customs duties on orders over 400 SGD+ 12% VAT

Taiwan: customs duties on orders over 3000 TWD+ 5% VAT

Japan: customs duties on orders over 10000 JPY+ 8% VAT

Please note, shipping costs may be included in the customs value.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your NORBA essential wear. If for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return or exchange purchased products within 30 days from the date on which you received them.

Please make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in the original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns and can not exchange our products purchased from partner stores.

Note that shipping and handling charges, taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, vat) are not refundable.

Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as we do not collect it. 

Please contact us before returning at with your order number, and our team will get back to you in 12 hours or less with the right details. We are not responsible for orders returned to us automatically without prior notice. We recommend using only trackable and insured postal services. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels in case of return or exchange.

We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. 

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card

Our bank will reimburse you within 10 business days of the return confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit card Issuer. For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.


You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Confirmation email.

I received a damaged / wrong item. What do I do?

We are so sorry if you have received a damaged or wrong item. Please contact us at with a photo of the damaged/wrong item and your order number. We will take care of it quickly.
