What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

-  Turn off my alarm and kiss my boyfriend.

One small ritual you never skip?

-  Movement — it's my anchor.

Your workout time: AM or PM?

-   Always AM. It sets the tone for my day.

What’s your current obsession?

-  A rice dough face mask a friend recommended — and biomechanics. I’m deep in a biomechanics training right now, and it’s consuming most of my focus.

How do you come back to yourself when you feel off?

-  Writing. Putting thoughts into words always brings me back to center.

What do you value most in yourself?

-  My perseverance — my ability to keep showing up, especially when it’s hard.

One thing you’ve learned to love about your body?

-   Its resilience — it keeps showing up for me.

What’s your love language with yourself?

-   Words of affirmation, and quality time. I love spending time with myself.

-    Do less, but with presence.
