Domestic orders ship free and are typically proceeded by Nova Poshta. It takes 2-3 business days after your order has been placed to deliver your order.

Worldwide delivery is proceeded by DHL, UPS express or via other trackable and insured service. Tracking is available. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.


TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes.

In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES


We want you to love your NORBA Essential wear. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept return & exchanges within 14 days after the delivery was made. ALL ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED USING ANY METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE, AT YOUR EXPENSE. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE AND INSURED SERVICE.

Please make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping and handling charges, taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Please allow 2 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
