HOW TO USE

1. To purchase an electronic version of the gift certificate,please, enter the name and email address of the person who should receive this certificate directly at the checkout stage. We will send a letter with the unique promo code (the value will be complied with the value of chosen certificate) to the specified email address of the recipient .

2. To purchase a gift certificate as a postcard, please enter your own shipping information at the checkout stage and contact us. We will send you a gift certificate, which you can present personally.

  • Promo codes (or discounts) сan not be combined.
  • If the amount of your check exceeds the certificate value - you need to contact us at hello@norba.clothing and pay the worth of difference at checkout. 
  • If the amount of the check is less than the certificate value - the worth of difference is non-refundable.
  • The certificate value is not available for division into several different payments.
  • The certificate is non-refundable and is beyond restoration in case of loss.
  • In case when the goods purchased with the gift certificate are returned, the unique promo code will be reactivated and you will be able to place a new order.
  • The certificate is not subject to exchange for cash.
